If the report is not what this site describes it to be, the purchase is refunded. No argument.
Use the contact form with the email address you subscribed with, and say a refund is what you're after. There's no form to fill in beyond that and no need to justify it at length.
The individual investor subscription described on the pricing page. Brokerage white-label arrangements are priced and agreed individually, so refund terms for those are whatever was agreed at the time.
If you'd simply like to stop future renewals rather than refund a payment already made, that's a cancellation, not a refund: do it any time from your account page and no further charge will be made after the period already paid for ends.
The free July report has no charge, so there's nothing to refund on it.
